Outback NSW Trip
After Easter in Canberra, our family took a touring holiday in NSW. We visited the opal fields at Lightning Ridge, and then followed the Darling River through Brewarinna, Bourke, Louth, Tilpa, and Wilcannia. AROCA EMR to Maldon December 2012
Somehow I volunteered (was volunteered?) to arrange another lunch run to Maldon this year. We kicked off from Maranello Pur Sang Motors in Brunswick, travelled north through Mickleham and Konagaderra Roads on our way out of town, nipped across to Daraweit Guim, then up to Romsey for coffee. AROCA Tony Hawker Charity Rally Nov 2012
Tony Hawker was a well-loved club member who passed away earlier this year. A couple of his friends from AROCA organised a club run and fundraiser for the GI Cancer Institute. AROCA Hanging Rock EMR and picnic May 2012
Bruno and Mary from Maranello Pur Sang Motors put together a nice run today heading out of town to the North over the Great Dividing Range and circling Hanging Rock, stopping for morning tea at Newham General Store.
