AROCA EMR to Maldon December 2012
Somehow I volunteered (was volunteered?) to arrange another lunch run to Maldon this year. We kicked off from Maranello Pur Sang Motors in Brunswick, travelled north through Mickleham and Konagaderra Roads on our way out of town, nipped across to Daraweit Guim, then up to Romsey for coffee. From Romsey we passed Hanging Rock, and then a quick blast on the freeway before a run through Malmsbury and Elphinstone and into Chewton....

My friend Sheldon and I hatched a plan to take the car he’s preparing for the Shitbox Rally next year to Winton for a club sprint, and see if we could kill it. Mission unsuccessful. AROCA Tony Hawker Charity Rally Nov 2012
Tony Hawker was a well-loved club member who passed away earlier this year. A couple of his friends from AROCA organised a club run and fundraiser for the GI Cancer Institute. A very nice run from Nunawading out through the fringes to Diamond Creek and up to Kinglake for a coffee break.
