Our second AROCA race meeting was held on a damp and cold day at Winton Raceway. I struggled for rear-end grip because I used some old hard used race rubber on the back. Trying to save some dollars but ended up with a car that was very difficult to drive quickly, constantly wanting to swap ends. Race one I was doing okay and due to a couple of retirements moved up to second place until I spun at turn one on the final lap, stalling and unable to restart. The remaining races were a mixed bag of second and third places. Absolutely superb fun, everyone had a great time and very much looking forward to the next race meeting.
