I recently had the opportunity to spend a morning at the Brooklands Museum in Weybridge, England. Brooklands is steeped in motorsport history, being the world’s first purpose-built motor racing circuit. The museum itself is filled with a great collection of historic racing cars, aircraft, and memorabilia from the history of Brooklands. The well-maintained buildings themselves are fascinating, including very early examples of petrol filling stations for the track. Top day out.
