After spending the morning at Brooklands, I whizzed down the motorway to visit the UK’s National Motor Museum at Beaulieu in the New Forest. This was my second visit, but I don’t remember much detail from my first trip in 2003. The museum has quite a nice selection of cars and memorabilia in a very well maintained set of exhibits from pre-war to post-war to racing cars and motorcycles. I’d never seen a Bugatti Veyron in the metal, so that was nice. Outside of the museum is a special Top Gear exhibit with a bunch of cars on display from the series which was quite fun.
