On a very hot January day we took a drive down to Geelong, the back way via Ballan and Anakie – enjoying the climate controlled comfort of the 159. We then stopped in at the newly opened Geelong Museum of Motoring, definitely worth a visit. The museum inherited some of the interactive displays from the now-closed Ford Discovery Centre and these kept Jack entertained for quite a while. A real nice mix of cars in here, nothing too fancy although there was a nice Bentley Turbo with inch-thick bullet-proof glass, and a Jensen Interceptor. I liked the Ford Prefect.
