Decided to pop out the screens with some advice from the AROCA forum. Lay on my back in the back seat with my feet at each corner of the rear screen and heave ho. Took a surprising amount of pressure to pop out, but it came out intact. When we did the front screen I was in a more awkward position and I think I pushed a bit hard and unevenly and it cracked – no bother it was a bit sandblasted and scratched anyway so I’m happy to replace it. Next time I think I’ll get the pros to do the job, but happy to know it can be done…
Some good advice on my thread on the forum about separating the anodised trim and cleaning up the rubber.
